Every source StatCite serves — and every source it evaluated and refused — with the licence verdict, the basis for it, and the date it was last checked against the source's own terms. A source enters the indicator registry only after its ledger entry exists with a "served" verdict. This page renders live from /v1/sources, so it cannot drift from what the API actually reports.
served StatCite serves this source's data under the stated licence, and every response carries the required attribution. flow_through an aggregator — each served series inherits its underlying provider's licence, and the citation names that provider. refused evaluated and deliberately not served; the entry says exactly why. Declining a source for licensing reasons is product information, not an internal detail.
